Diesel locos in double heading with DCC-Sound-Decoder The diesel loco double heading consists of a motor powered unit and a loco without motor. They are connected together by use of a rigid coupling bar. Loco has headlights (Both locos depending on direction of travel) The locos make various sounds as follows Pre-lubrication, Diesel starting of 4 motors Engine idling (’Bag of nails’ rattle of diesel engine) Increased engine revs Running sound Engines idling, brakes squeal Long whistle tone Short wistle tone Air compressor running on/ off Shrill whistle before departure Heating Various announcements in various languages Child talking Drain
