Hope you like it Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Polymer clay (Wikipedia definition) ♥Polymer clay is a sculptable material based on the polymer polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It usually contains no clay minerals, and is only called “clay” because its texture and working properties resemble those of mineral clay. It is sold in craft, hobby, and art stores, and is used by artists, hobbyists, and children. ♥To make it hard it must be baked in an oven. The time and temperature varies slightly from each brand and it will always say on the package. So if you are asking me what temp to bake it at you don’t have any polymer clay =P ♥Yes I bake the clay before painting it, wire wrap and put everything together. Not to mention if you do nails as much as I do it’s a lot cheaper. ♥ I always use nail polish as the base color and then do the art with paints. ♥ My favorite brand of paint is Americana and you can see them at the end of my videos. ♥ Why haven’t you done my request? I have loads of requests and I bought a book just to keep them all in. If I went in order the requests are behind by a few months lol. I don’t go in order anymore but I always look at the book when making new designs. ♥ I record with my JVC Everio camcorder and use Sony Vegas Pro to edit. ♥ How do you place your camera to record? I use a tripod and place it in front of me of a table. There is a picture of it on my facebook. ♥Between coats I normally wait between 5-10 minutes to let the layer dry. The time and temperature varies slightly from each brand and it will always say on the package. I normally bake mine at 275°F at anywhere between 20-40 minutes depending on how thick the charm is. I also bake in a toaster oven that I use only for baking clay. ♥Yes I bake the clay before painting it, wire wrapping and glazing. ♥Everything I use can be bought at your local craft store.
